Returns
Please understand that we can only take back unopened and unused goods in their original packaging including all labels. The costs for the return shipment cannot be refunded.
Please pack the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging safely and in a suitable shipping carton, preferably the original shipping carton, so that they reach us undamaged.
